What are the design methods of unloading valves?


The multi-way combined reversing valve is used in the unloading valve project, which is mostly manual, and its unloading method is mostly through-controlled unloading valve unloading. So do you know what are the design methods of the unloading valve?

The main valve of the unloading valve can be divided into three types: three-stage concentric, two-stage concentric and slide valve type according to different matching forms. Among them, the sliding valve structure has low working pressure and low control pressure accuracy; although the three-stage concentric structure is mature and widely used, compared with the two-stage concentric type, it is not as sensitive as the two-stage concentric type, with the same specifications and the same stroke. The oil-passing capacity of the secondary concentric structure is much greater than that of the three-level concentric structure; the secondary concentric type has stable control pressure, good processability, and the secondary concentric type has broad application prospects. The unloading valve is usually a relief valve with a two-position two-way valve (usually a solenoid valve). Its function is to set the main pressure of the system (oil pump) when it is not unloaded. Through valve action conversion) the pressure oil is directly returned to the oil tank, and the oil pump pressure drops to approximately zero, so as to achieve some loop control and improve the life of the oil pump and reduce power consumption.
